My practices focus on Jing, Qi and Shen, the Chinese Three Spheres (basic aspects) that form the foundations of human beings. From each, we are able to intervene on the 'whole' in order to establish and/or maintain balance and maximise our experience of being truly alive, accountable and powerful!Through my Bodywork practices, I am able to easily access all the elements influencing and affecting our physiological functions and health maintenance systems. When the body is harmonised, it will have a positive 'flow-on' effect in all aspects of our lives...our emotional, psychological, energetic elements and beyond!If we don't look after ourselves, our physiology deteriorates which leads to loss of healthy functions, immunity, vitality/drive, sense of self-worth, stamina and cognitive abilities. Every aspect of our health is entirely dependent on our everyday choices as individuals and as a collective. When we make informed, healthy decisions balance is achieved and maintained so our dietary choices, recreational choices, exercise and sexual health are all examples of the kinds of influences on overall health for better or worse.In addition to my healing work, I teach massage, Qi Nei Zang (Energy Massage) and Qi Gong to groups and individuals in periodic classes and workshops.
