Darren, a dental technician for over 21 years trained by the Royal Australian Navy, along with Karen's many years in customer service with Qantas is reflected in their roles and commitment to guarantee quality and service. The Lab Dental Systems uses the highest quality materials, cutting edge equipment and the latest technology, all with the service you deserve.The establishment of The Lab Dental Systems is to meet the increasing demand for high quality lab work matched with market demand for economical reality in dental technology in Australia. We have developed a partnership with our flagship laboratory located in China; it is one of the largest international laboratories and outsourcing centre for the world since 2001. Today there is a purpose built state of the art facility, opened in July 2009. In these facilities we have our own production team over seen by Archie, our quality control manager. Our team work along side European and American partners.The commitment to the product and customer is reflected in ISO accreditation (ISO: 9001 and ISO: 13485) this international standard defines requirements of quality assurance systems for the design/development and production of medical and dental devices, EU TUV certified in Europe as well as being registered with FDA of the USA. All products we provide meet with TGA Australian requirements. What this means for you is that your product will be manufactured to a high technical and ethical standard by true professionals in the field of dental technology.

I have been using The Lab for the past 5 years and wouldn't use anyone else for my crown and bridge work. They are absolutely exceptional. I find Darren very knowledgeable about his field and he and Karen provide an exceptional service. Since I set up 'The Good Dentist' the quality of the work from The Lab has been out of this world. First class. Highly recommended!!! The photo attached is of a recent bridge I had fabricated from The Lab... exceptional!!
